FEDEX HAS SUSPENDED DELIVERY GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS AT THIS TIME.
Non-frozen products will be adjusted to GROUND SHIP.
An email listing any modifications required will be sent prior to shipping. All increases over $20.00 will require your approval before processing.
Discounted shipping will not need approval, but you'll be notified of the savings.
PayPal customers requiring an adjustment to shipping costs will receive a follow up invoice or credit. Upon receipt of any payment due, the order will be prepared for shipping.
Approvals must be received before Monday noon, to ship on Wednesday.
At times when Dry Ice is required (warmer weather), FEDEX adds $6.85 to the shipping costs, so please expect it.
We're your hometown restaurant, open 7 days each week. Our products are cooked fresh, wrapped and shipped frozen. Each order is hand-packed in a reusable, professional-grade cooler. Products must arrive to you within 2 days.
